Important Appointment Information During COVID-19
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided. We are limiting the amount of people in the office; if you are able to attend alone, please do. If the patient is a minor, one parent is welcome.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive early, call us at 704-412-7975 from the parking lot to see if we are ready for you. We are scheduling 30 minutes between appointments to allow for proper cleaning and limiting contact between patients; arriving at a different time than scheduled will impede this process. If you answer "YES" to either of the below screening questions you will be asked to reschedule to a virtual meeting if appropriate:
- Have you had any of the following new symptoms in the last seven days: fever or chills, cough (either new, or different than your usual cough), sore throat, shortness of breath, or any other flu-like symptoms?
- In the past week, have you been in close (less than 6 feet), prolonged contact (more than 2-3 minutes) with someone with suspected or confirmed flu or COVID-19 without using infection protection and control precautions?
Thank you for partnering with us to keep everyone's health and safety in mind. Please contact us if you have any questions.
